TOGETHER
IN PUERTO BANÚS

THE GREEK WAY
Set directly on the marina in Puerto Banús, Red Pepper runs from lunch into late evening with uninterrupted views of the port. It starts relaxed, then picks up pace.
Plates land, orders keep coming, and before long… opa feels like the only way forward. If something gets smashed along the way, it’s all part of it.

History
For over 40 years, Red Pepper has held its spot in Puerto Banús, right in the middle of the marina. It’s a place people come back to without overthinking it. The port changes, the crowd shifts, but this one stays exactly where it belongs.

Lucie Sainerova’s cooking is shaped by a career that’s taken her through some of the most recognised kitchens in London and beyond, including Novikov and Raffles International. Her approach is grounded in movement and contrast, sharp, fresh flavours against slower, deeper cooking from the grill.
She’s not interested in overworking dishes or dressing them up; the focus is on food that feels immediate, generous, and made to be eaten properly, not just looked at.

Red Pepper feels like a hidden gem. We’ve been to a lot of Greek places, but this one stands out — everything from the appetizers to the espresso at the end was exceptional. You can tell they put heart into every detail. It’s the kind of place you recommend to friends without hesitation.
